“The Welcoming” (Sculpture) prepared by acclaimed artist Marcello Giorgi would find its home along the United States Port of Entry to Mexico. The artwork’s strong symbolic significance of unity and compassion would greet arriving visitors from the Mexican border. Conscientious collaborations, such as this one …are essential to promote  harmonious relations among the sister nations.”
